Overview and Principles

 The series of Horizontal Vacuum Degreasing Equipment is primarily applied to degreasing (dewaxing) under vacuum and carrier gas circumstance.

 It is utilized to the degreasing (dewaxing) and preheating of, before sintering, stainless-steel bases, cemented carbide, high-proportion alloy, metal ceramics, magnetic material, carbides, boride, oxides, metallic compound, and oxides.

 This series of vacuum degreasing equipment is applied with horizontal water cooling unit structure, front opening door or bi-doors front and rear. Depending on the demand for furnace temperature and process requirement, clients can choose Ni-Cr electric-heating alloy or graphite as heating element, adopt carbon fiber as thermal insulation screen, and also can utilize composite thermal insulation screen made of other thermal holding materials.

       4、可配備爐內或爐外循環(huán)冷卻裝置,加速爐內物料冷卻,縮短工作周期,提高生產(chǎn)效率。

This equipment made by combining with rich experience of producing and designing, and also with the most advanced, presently, technologies among each fields, applies integrated solving system which maintains the leading-level in the field, and introduces the new material preparation which is commonly marketing-popular.

 It mainly has following advantages and features:

1. Heating elements can be distributed among multi districts, and each district controls temperature independently, programs PID regulation, and precisely control temperature.

2. It is equipped with particular sealed furnace pipe and multi-stage water cooling disk styled fat trapper, achieving degreasing by directional gas flow;

3. No fat-hidden dead corners inside furnace, allowing more completed degreasing;

4. It can be equipped with furnace inside or outside circulation cooling device, accelerating the chilling of material inside furnace, shortening working period, and improving production efficiency.
